Message from PHIA President

On behalf of the Perry Hall Improvement Association, welcome to Perry Hall Online, the Community Web Site for Perry Hall, Maryland.

Perry Hall includes that region of northeastern Baltimore County bordered by the Great Gunpowder Falls on the north, Pulaski Highway on the east, White Marsh Run on the south, and the Baltimore Gas & Electric power lines at Putty Hill on the west.  This is one of the greatest communities in Baltimore County.  While Perry Hall has a rich heritage, we are equally proud of our modern conveniences and sophistication.  Perry Hall has one of the best recreation programs in central Maryland, great schools, numerous churches, and safe neighborhoods.  This is a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

Since 1945, the Perry Hall Improvement Association (PHIA) has been working to preserve Perry Hall’s excellent quality of life.  Any individual, family, business, or civic organization whose address is located in Perry Hall may join the Perry Hall Improvement Association.  Dues are as follows: 

• Two-year memberships are $10 per single person, $20 per household, and $60 per business or organization.
• A single-year membership is $6 per single person, $12 per household, and $30 per business or organization; and
• A lifetime membership is $50 per person, $100 per household, and $250 per business or organization.

To join the Perry Hall Improvement Association, send a check payable to the PHIA to P.O. Box 63, Perry Hall, MD 21128.  Include your e-mail address if applicable.  Membership cards are mailed out with each quarterly newsletter.
