Rezoning Process Ends.  The Baltimore County Council voted in late August on the 27 rezoning issues in Perry Hall. View the outcome of each issue here.  This page identifies each issue, the position of the Perry Hall Improvement Association (PHIA), and how the County Council voted.

The Greening of Perry Hall.  Learn about the Perry Hall Improvement Association's tree planting project, the Greening of Perry Hall.  PHIA volunteers will plant 50 trees along the Ebenezer Road corridor as part of a long-term plan to beautify the community.

Perry Hall Fall Concert.  The PHIA and the Woman's Club of Perry Hall will sponsor the Perry Hall Fall Concert on Sunday, September 7.  The Shades of Blue Big Band will perform in the Perry Hall High School auditorium at 7 p.m.

PHIA Announces Fall Meetings.  The PHIA will meet on the second Thursday of each month from September through November at St. Michael Lutheran Church (9534 Belair Road) at 7 p.m.  On Thursday, September 11, the program will feature an update on the restoration of the Perry Hall Mansion, including photographs of the archaeological dig being done by Perry Hall resident Bill Knauer. On Thursday, October 9, the PHIA welcomes new Perry Hall High School principal George Roberts. 

Blood Drive. The Upper Chesapeake-Perry Hall Kiwanis Club will sponsor a blood drive on Saturday, September 13 from 8 am to 2 p.m. at the Ace Hardware store located at 4231 Ebenezer Road. You can schedule for an appointment with Keith Martin at (410) 274-0765.

Perry Hall Halloween Parade.  The Halloween Parade will be held on Sunday, October 19 at 2 p.m., stretching from Perry Hall Middle School (4300 Ebenezer Road) to Perry Hall High School (4601 Ebenezer Road).  Costumed participants do not need to register; they just need to show up at 1 p.m. at Perry Hall Middle School.  There will be prizes at the end, and a shuttle to bring marchers back to the middle school area.  If your business or civic organization would like to participate with a float, please feel free to contact either of the event coordinators: Jeffrey Smith at jeffwsmith@verizon.net or Debbie Thomas at b2cdthomas@comcast.net.
