Neighborhoods and Other Communities

Perry Hall includes many different neighborhoods.  Some trace their roots to the early Twentieth Century, when Perry Hall began to change from a farming area into a suburban community.  Others are newer, part of the wave of growth that began in the 1970s.  Perry Hall neighborhoods with Web Sites include:

• The Brewers Landing Home Owners Association;
• The Glenside Farms Community;
• The Honeygo Village Center;
• The Meadows at Perry Hall Farms;
• The Northgate Hall Community Association;
• The Overlook at Perry Hall;
• The Shadowcreek Community Home Owners Association; and
• The Snyder Park Community Group.

Perry Hall is also part of a web of communities in northeastern Baltimore County.  Perry Hall is bordered to the north by Kingsville; to the east by White Marsh; to the south by Fullerton; and to the west by Carney.  Many of our neighbors have Web Sites.  They include:

• The Greater Kingsville Civic Association;
• The Harford Park Community Association;
• The Kingsville Alliance;
• The Linover Improvement Association;
• The Overlea Community Association; and
• The Villa Cresta Civic Association.
