Recognizing Exceptional Citizens

The Perry Hall Improvement Association (PHIA) is proud of its exceptional citizens.  Northeastern Baltimore County has volunteers and institutions that work hard to make our community a better place.  For this reason, the PHIA has established two awards to recognize exceptional individuals and institutions.  Perry Hall is proud of its outstanding citizens.

The Harry Dorsey Gough Perry Hall Citizen of the Year Award is presented annually to a Perry Hall resident who has provided exceptional leadership and contributions that improve the quality of life in Perry Hall.  The award may be presented in honor of a recent activity or longtime service to the community. The recipient should have high character and serve as a role model to the community.  The award is named in honor of Perry Hall’s founder, Harry Dorsey Gough, and was created in 2007.
