JOIN the Perry Hall Improvement Association!
Any individual, family, business, or civic organization whose address is located in Perry Hall may join the Perry Hall Improvement Association. Perry Hall includes that region of northeastern Baltimore County bordered by the Great Gunpowder Falls on the north, Pulaski Highway on the east, White Marsh Run on the south, and the Baltimore Gas & Electric power lines at Putty Hill on the west. The term “household” refers to two or more adults living in the same home who can provide proof of residency.
